Family Portraits with Reece!

Woah, where has the last month just gone?! Can't believe I haven't put a blog post up for a month, tut tut! Not to say I haven't been busy taking photos though, and busy networking, so keep your eyes peeled over the next few months for some other work. Make sure you keep checking back here to keep up to date with me!

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful bundle a few weeks ago! Reece, despite being a little poorly, was good as gold and I think he quite enjoyed the limelight, judging by this photo! If you like what you see here, why not get in contact to book your own family portrait?!

Love this one of Mum and Baby!

Awww, I could eat him up!

If you would like to enquire about your own family bespoke photo shoot, please do not hesitate to get in contact! You can use the contact me tab on the page or my contact details are at the top!

Millie's 1st Birthday

Decided to practise my portraits, kinda, by capturing my gorgeous niece's first birthday party. I'm definitely more of a 'documentary' photographer in that sense but I'm getting used to asking people to pose for me! Baby steps all the way, for me and for Millie!

Food photos first!

Birthday girl in her gorgeous outfit and pushing her pram from Pops and Gaga!

Stick a fork in me, I'm done! ;)

Millie and Mummy!

Daddy and cuddles with Opa

Millie enjoyed being pushed in her pram rather than pushing it herself!

A select few out of the very many I took but I was able to put some of my newly learnt photography skills to the test. Like the 'Sunny F/16 Rule', which I'll cover in a post in a few weeks time (when there has been some more sun again!).

The Wedding of Michelle and Scott Myford

On 1st September 2012 I had the honour of being bridesmaid for one of my best friends. The weather was lovely, despite the recent grimness we'd had and the day was truly lovely, just like the couple tying the knot! Michelle is Disney crazy so there was a loose theme to the day and it certainly was sprinkled with a little magic. I, of course, took my SLR along and befriended the photographers taking the official photos, thus ensuring I got the best spots alongside them! Here are a few I took from the day. Hair was done by Trevor Holden of Texture Road and Make Up done by Emma Shepherd, Freelance Make up Artist.

It has been brought to my attention that there is not enough colour on my blog, duly noted! Here's some colour for you to feast your eyes on! ;)
